This was more of a transfer between relatives who love each other than a sale & that cousin, Ganey, who found Dana, found a jewel! She's a keeper! Met Ms. Chapman in person for the first & only time at closing in Jena in the lawyer's office, yet I knew she had my welfare at heart! She held my 71-year old electronically challenged hand through every step, & every bit of paperwork & even helped me locate the property I had not visited in decades.
