Personal Profile
As a child we lived all over the U. S. and eventually moved to San Diego, California when I was 16. I attended Cal State Fullerton and graduated with a B.A. in Advertising Communications and a minor in Business Administration. I worked as the Regional Marketing Coordinator for Costco's L.A./Orange County region for many years before meeting my Marine Corps husband and once again started moving all over the U.S. as well as Okinawa, Japan. We relocated to Yuma in 2006 and decided to make it our permanent home. I became a realtor in 2010 because I have always enjoyed working with people and wanted to use my "moving" experience (20 times total) to help make the process of buying or selling your home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I've now sold everything from single family homes, condos and manufactured homes to commercial properties, land and even co-ops. I've always been a full time agent and will dedicate my time and knowledge to meet your real estate needs. Seller reviewDana Combs was instrumental in the sale of our house. She worked very hard to get our house sold so we could close on time without any issues. She understood how critical it was for us to have our house sold immediately and she ensured that nothing would interfere with the closing. I would highly recommend Dana to be an agent in buying or selling!!!

Buyer reviewWe needed an agent with vast knowledge of the local neighborhoods and inventory. Ms. Combs was diligent, a prompt responder, listed numerous properties for us, took us on tours. She demonstrated a lot of patience as our target budget varied. We finally bought a house without a physical visit because we trusted Ms. Combs' assessment of our requirements. Furthermore, Ms. Combs was extremely patient and her advise was always a must for us. We highly recommend her to anyone with high end budgets or modest budgets she will identify the inventory that will appeal to her clients and save a lot of time in the process. Buyer reviewFirst, it must be said this was a 100% online purchase. We live and are presently in Utah. We selected a few properties we were interested in from the internet, Then we contacted Dana for information on them because she was the listing agent. They were sold by that time. Dana then sent us some listings we might be interested in. From that point until closing we worked with Dana. We have friends in Yuma that Dana took through the property, so the friends could give us their opinion. In fact, she showed them through the property several times. At every instance Dana was courteous and professional, as should have been. In addition, she was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything in detail as we worked through the buying process. We could not have been more pleased with our buying experience. Every time we asked Dana a question through text messaging or calling, she responded quickly and never did it seem like we were imposing, or, she was to busy for us. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Dana was a good representative of the Century 21 group, but we did not have any dealings other than with Dana.
