Buyer reviewWe have used Dana Patterson in the past, but this was the first time for commercial property purposes. We had to go through re-zoning the property and Dana was always very helpful in the process communicating to the owners our intent and progress. Dana is one of the most knowledgeable realtors and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help in the process to make it less stressful. This experience is why we will continue to use her as our realtor whether its a residential or commercial transaction .
