Buyer reviewFrom the very first phone call to Dana Patterson, my wife and I knew we had the right agent to purchase our new home. Dana's professionalism and knowledge is beyond approach. Dana listen to what we were looking for in a new home and gave us her undivided attention when we were ready to fly in & purchase our new home. Even though it was a very busy two days looking at homes, it was very productive and were excited about the selection of our new home. Even with the time difference, Dana return our emails, phone calls, and text messages in a timely manner. Dana went out of her way on a couple occasions to take care of some last minute requests from out mortgage company so that we could still close on our assigned date. Not only did we have an awesome agent, but we are blessed to have a new friend. We would highly recommend Dana Patterson to anyone for their real estate needs. During the entire process, Dana was always available to answer our questions and any follow-up items were addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
