They hold the qualities you look for in an agent - patient, integitry, transparent, strong communication/listening skills, knowledge, experience/expertise, accessible, responsive, flexible, resourceful and strong work ethic. The list goes on and on! Often times I processed and reflected on the journey we were in and found myself being very thankful and blessed to be working with agents who never made us feel as though we were less or not important.
