Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, Dan made us feel comfortable in EVERY step of the home buying process. He worked around our crazy-hectic schedules to find time that worked for us for showings, gave us honest feedback and taught us all the new terminology that we had never heard before! During our whole process, we never once felt like a burden no matter how many questions we had. He worked smoothly and efficiently to get us our home and we would DEFINITELY recommend using Dan to our friends/family and using him for any future purchases we may need to make. Seller reviewDaniel Miller made the entire process so smooth it felt like it wasn't real! For a first time seller, the anxiety of the process was the worst feeling and after meeting and setting up our plan with Daniel, that anxiety already started to fade. From the first meeting to the day of closing, there wasn't one moment where we didn't have 100% trust in Daniel.

Just an overall great guy. I highly highly recommend Daniel. He'll make sure you're taken care of in every way and do a lot behind the scenes to ensure a smooth buying process. Even with the issues we had that came up right before closing (that were not due to him, it was an underwriter issue) and our closing being pushed back he was extremely helpful and got things done in a very timely manner that I didn't expect to happen quickly at all.
