Daniel did a great job of selling our home. There was great communication throughout the process. Daniel helped with facilitating the clean up of the house and repairing items inside and outside the house after the tenant departed. We encountered numerous unexpected issues with inspections and Daniel helped expedite the solutions so the sale could proceed. Daniel was on target with pricing the home and worked hard on marketing the home and locating potential buyers. We changed our housing search criteria multiple time. My husband and I could not agree on the location and the type of houses that we look for. And to make his job even more challenging, we are ten thousand miles away in Indonesia and at a different time zone. Its been a great pleasure working with Daniel.
