Danielle Arena came highly recommended and I was confident that she had my best interest at heart, She is trustworthy, highly motivated and knowledgeable. Danielle has excellent communication skills and offers to do whatever is needed to help with the closing process even when it is not truly her responsibility. Danielle made herself available to me even while on a family vacation. She constantly kept me informed of all communications with buyer and buyers agent as well as buyers lender and attorney. She always did whatever it took to reduce my risk as this was a difficult closing due to lack of communication and misinformation from buyers and their agent. She made it possible for me to close on both homes and move into my new home all on the same day. This was not an easy task. Danielle even took it upon herself to remove sofa and lawn furniture left behind by previous owners and that also was appreciated. Danielle has a very strong work ethic and always made me feel like I was her priority from start to finish. This was a very difficult closing and doubt that we would have succeeded in actually closing this deal without all her hard work. I will always appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond for me and consider her to be a caring friend and not just my agent. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who is looking to sell and/or purchase a home.

Danielle went above and beyond to help me find my dream retirement home. She always addressed my concerns immediately. She made me feel like a priority.
