She was extremely knowledgeable on what buyers would value, when to market and how, pricing, etc. She was very helpful in knowing what to say post purchase and how to navigate questions/concerns from the buyer and their counsel. I just wish I had her for my other two previous purchases. It is very hard for me to make recommendations as they are a reflection of my name and reputation and I have no problem recommending Danielle to anyone for her to represent them on a purchase or sale of any property.
