In November of 2006, I received my broker's license. I have owned my own business for many years, Currently I am Broker / Owner. I am a native of Medford and very active in the community. I currently sit on the City Council and a Chamber Ambassador. I reside in Medford with my wife Kristine and our two children, Jaeden & Madelyn. Seller reviewVery efficient and communicative. Always had a timeline and stuck to it. Kept us informed of all events happening even if they were very insignificant. Very professional. Whenever I had a question I would email Dave and he would respond within a very reasonable amount of time to each and every email. We sold our property and we were four hours away. It was nice we had a choice of 3 places to go to for the closing with the title company. It ended up only being a 40 min drive instead of 4 hours.
