Dave is an Iowa boy, born and raised. He grew up in Rock Rapids in Northwest. Dave is married and has two great kids. He loves being active in the Siouxland community and helping it become a better place.
Dave started his sales career right here in Sioux City managing Tip Top Tux. He had a passion for helping people look great for their big day. He then worked for two Hilton properties. He knew he had to funnel the satisfaction he received from helping others and channel it into real estate. He now enjoys having the opportunity to help people with the biggest investment in their life. He prides himself in keeping excellent communication and relieving any stressors that can transpire. He met with me and we visited numerous locations so he could understand what my needs and desires were. Dave listened intently, shared his knowledge, and always put me first! Dave was extremely supportive and patient. He advocated for me at every turn. I've never had a realtor who was willing to field any and all questions and I have a lot of questions throughout this process! He was extremely honest with me at each step. I was immediately placed at ease with his timely responses and clear communication. He explained the process for the inspections clearly so that I was understood timelines, expectations, and possible outcomes. He has excellent knowledge of the Siouxland area and properties. We would recommend him to others looking to purchase a property Dave Soroka was the realtor who answered our call to century 21. We were interested in viewing a home and he got us in the first day it came on the market. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the buying process and we decided to put in an offer on the same day. He kept us updated continually as there were several other offers. We did get the house and he has been more than helpful answering all questions concerning the purchase and also after the sale continued to find out questions we asked about property. He was fun to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely consider him for any future sales

Seller reviewLife changes, and we needed to sell our home FAST. Dave Soroka made this happen for us. I was an emotional, nervous wreck the entire time, but Dave kept me grounded, and knew how to help me breathe when I needed it the most. This man put his literal blood, sweat, and tears into ensuring our home sold. After only 3 days on the market, we accepted an offer for well above asking. I've never seen such a fast turn around, and never seen or felt so much heart in any real estate deal I've ever done. From the staging of the home, to the gorgeous pictures, late night conversations, and answering a million of my questions over and over, Dave has provided bar none service.
