I am the Owner/Broker in Charge of our family run firm, Century 21 DiGioia Realty, and have been one of the top Realtors in Charlotte over the past 20 years. Over the course of my career, I have owned/operated multiple real estate firms with $200+ Million in sales & nearly 1,000 homes sold in my career.
In Fall of 2023, we decided to be an individually owned/operated Century 21 franchise to provide a global network and the latest technology for our clients. While Century 21 is the most respected and recognized name in real estate across the globe, we will retain that same small family business culture with the extensive knowledge and experience for our clients benefit.
Prior to affiliating with Century 21, I owned/operated DiGioia Realty with the assistance of my son, Anthony. Anthony joined our family firm in 2019 and is now one of the top buyers agents in the Charlotte region.
We provide ourselves on working side-by-side with our clients, through every step of the sales process. Our goal is to build a relationships - not just a make a sale - that is our philosophy. We want to be your trusted partner in all things real estate, while making your home buying/selling experience an enjoyable process, so that you want to tell your friends and family about us.

David made the whole process more seamless than I could have ever imagined. He coordinated everything with contractors ensuring the home was in perfect condition prior to listing.
