Seller reviewI have worked with Dave when buying and selling multiple homes. Dave developed a strategy that brought in multiple offers with no home inspections within a few days of listing. He then went over each offer and together we came to a decision on which offer to accept. The house was old and needed some repairs. Dave was able to point out what needed to be fixed /updated to get the most value from the house while not braking the bank.

I met him through a recommendation, but I must admit he turned out to be the best thing that happened to me in real estate. Easy going and caring. Though I constantly changed the scope of my search, Dave was kind enough to adapt to my ever-changing goals. He was always available even on short notices to book and go with me for viewing. It was a ton of viewings! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is serious about purchasing or selling a house. I will most definitely hire him again and again.

Sadly we were almost duped into selling the home for a fraction of what it was worth by someone else based on the information shared, but Dave Joslin not only provided us with facts and backup.
