David also understood the real estate development process which was crucial to our particular deal as we required extra time to complete due diligence items and apply for permits. I would highly recommend anyone use David is they are considering either selling or purchasing real estate in and around the Philadelphia/Delaware County market.

Once he had an idea of what we wanted, he knew which homes we didn't need to see. Once we had mls portal access, we would search night and day and share with David our "finds". He always knew the ones worth seeing based on what we told him we wanted. He was never wrong about a house, a neighborhood or area. He knows so much about the Newtown Square, Wayne, Paoli, Berwyn, West Chester market and can comment on the spot about any property. He was always available by phone, text or email and we were in constant communication. Buying a home is challenging. Relocating is a disaster. Buying a home and relocating? Call David. What a gem of a person and a such a dedicated man to his craft. 5 Star!
