Seller reviewI spoke to a few other realtors, but David Gust was the most knowledgeable and had proposed an excellent marketing plan. He helped prepare us for listing and and my place was under contract in less than 6 hours!! I was very happy with the selling price and he helped make the whole transaction hassle free. Like any real estate transaction there are so many questions and David Gust was always available to take our call and get us the information we needed. He recommended a real estate attorney and a moving company that were both great also. Talk about end to end service ! This guy does it all ! He also attended the closing and made sure everything was wrapped up and got our proceeds on time. Thank you David Gust !
