Buyer reviewWhen Dave says he goes above and beyond he is not just saying that, he actually does it. During our inspection one issue came up. Dave not only made sure the issue was addressed but he also made sure correct amount of funds was escrowed in case the issue was not addressed correctly post closing. That's going above and beyond! Overall Dave made the purchase of our home as easy as possible. He was super attentive and helped us along with every step of the way. David also makes you feel like you are his only client of how responsive he was to any questions or concerns we had, it seemed like no matter what time of the day it was Dave answered or got back to us shortly. Dave is also very professional and very personable. This was our 3rd real estate transaction and by far Dave exceeded our expectation. Honestly not sure how we go back to anyone else after having Dave as our agent. We highly recommend Dave for anyone who is looking for an agent.
