I began my real estate career in the Brainerd Lakes area full time in 1994. I was an associate broker for Edina Realty in Brainerd prior to moving to Bemidji in October of 2011. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. I have over 25 years of experience in middle & upper management in publicly and privately held companies prior to making real estate my career. Buyer reviewDave and I probably have different personalities and business styles, but I think that was worked well in this case as we complemented each others' style. I would imagine most real estate transactions could be viewed as "unique". For sure I'd say that my wish list, timeline, and situation certainly posed some challenges in getting through the process, but Dave navigated through all of that to the finish line in a very professional manner. There were some challenges in getting the appraisal and contingencies resolved. Dave helped keep track of tasks that needed to be addressed on the financing side as well as closing details.
