I began my real estate career in the Brainerd Lakes area full time in 1994. I was an associate broker for Edina Realty in Brainerd prior to moving to Bemidji in October of 2011. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. I have over 25 years of experience in middle & upper management in publicly and privately held companies prior to making real estate my career. Buyer reviewDave Knudson was a very valuable part of the home purchase process. Having worked with four other bad realtors I was beginning to have a bad taste in my mouth whenever I thought about contacting someone to see a property. Dave was thoughtful and patient with the process. He also helped me greatly by providing useful information on the property when we arrived, and he gave me space to explore possibilities (had one bad realtor who seemed to be hounding me to make a purchase). I feel he quickly realized that I am the type of person who is very personally active in the search process. I could always count on him providing the data I needed to be informed about the property, and he was always available for updates or to answer questions. I will most certainly contact him again if I am looking to get other properties.
