Seller reviewMy wife and I worked with Dawn Anderson on the sale of two homes and on the purchase of two homes. She is extremely personable, friendly, easy to talk with, establishes and maintains clear lines of communication and works very hard. Moreover, she has a vast knowledge regarding real estate and accurately assess current property market value. Lastly, she will patiently show your family the homes you need to see to get your family where you need to get them. She quickly learns and understands what a family is searching for in a home and helps you find that. Selling property is more than just a business transaction to her. She understands that a family is looking to make a house a home and she will work to complete what you are searching for. We have and will continue to choose to work with Dawn in any future property dealings. We highly recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing.
