Seller reviewWe never even considered using a different broker, for any of our real estate needs we will only use Dawn Block. 13 years ago we purchased this house with Dawn Block as our broker and now that we are ready to move we would only trust Dawn Block to handle selling our home and helping us purchase a new one. Dawn Block was excellent in guiding us with what was necessary to get our house on the market including bringing in a professional stager, excellent photographer and drone videographer as well as helping us prep the house since I was ready to deliver our 4th child any day. All of the hard work paid off, we had 6 showings, 4 offers and were under contract within a 48 hour period of our house being on the market and ended up selling for more than our asking price! Dawn Block stayed on top of the entire transaction from start to finish and answered all of our questions along the way. We wouldn't trust our real estate needs to anyone else.

Seller reviewI have used Dawn Block to purchase 2 homes and sell 1. She has done a tremendous job with each transaction and I would not even consider using a different realator. Dawn was dedicated to making sure I was in the right house both times I purchased with her and was able to negotiate a very fair price with both deals. She was also able to sell my house in about 48 hours of being on the market for $11,000 more than I was willing to sell for. This was amazing! I would recommend Dawn Block to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell a property because she will go to work for you.

Buyer reviewOver the years I have dealt with many brokers, and I must say that Dawn stood out as being one of the most professional and attentive people I have ever dealt with. From first time I inquired about the property, which I was in a rush to see and she managed to set me up that day, to the monthly updates (this short sale took a while), and all the way to the very end, Dawn was great at reassuring me and letting me know that things were going smoothly. I think she is an asset to your organization and if the right deal is out there, I would be more than happy to have her represent me in a future purchase.

I have seen agents that, once a contract is signed, dont want to do anything to help move a deal forward, but Dawn is proactive and ready to jump in to do whatever is needed to get the deal done. she is highly professional and my husband and I were very impressed with her knowledge and marketing strategies, our home sold within 3 weeks of listing.
