Buyer reviewOn Internet, realtor.com, I found a property I was interested in and contacted the listing agent at the bottom. Quickly, the phone was answered and I was told I would be turfed to an agent. Within the hour I received a call from that agent, which was Dawn Johnson. I could tell by the energy In her voice that we were going to connect! Also her intellect in the initial conversation! Together, Dawn and I chased throughout the entire south- western quadrant of Wisconsin for 11 months, to find my criteria in a property! Near the end I was discouraged and was about to give up! Dawn kept saying we will just keep looking, and we shall find your perfect place! She would not give up! We did! And I am totally happy! I love the property and I have made a new friend! I shall recommend Dawn to everyone interested in real estate!! I delt exclusively with Dawn Johnson for approximately 11 months and her performance single-handedly sold this property I purchased! She really needed no help from anyone else, on my side of the purchase! Excellent agent, Dawn Johnson, who turned a stressful housing market into fun!!

Buyer reviewDawn Johnson was an excellent broker and for a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have done it without her. I work crazy shifts and two jobs. Dawn would always be available to reach and got back to me in a timely manner with everything. She set up many showings and got the job done quick. In this market, it was definitely a struggle to even put an offer in before the homes would be sold. Dawn never gave up and listened to the things I would not budge on when looking for a home. My parents, who were very involved in the process, loved working with her. My banker also expressed her joys of working with Dawn as well. All around I couldn't have asked for a better person to take on this job in a market like this. Thank you for everything Dawn, this house is perfect for me.

Seller reviewDawn was always upbeat, enthusiastic and very supportive of our wishes. She knew the area where my brother's house was located, made great recommendations on what to do in the house and was able to put us in contact with people who could help us to get my brother's house cleared out and ready to sell. She was always warm and friendly, easy to contact and she responded immediately to my calls and texts. She moved quickly and efficiently, made all of the paperwork easy, and was a delight to work with! Thank you Dawn!
