Seller reviewHighly recommend Dawn! Very knowledgeable in the real estate business and was always able to answer any off the wall question I had about the home sale process. This was the first time I had sold a house and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. There were many unforeseen challenges that came up and she was able confidently guide me at every step along the way. Additionally, Dawn went out of her way to market my home in every way imaginable to include several open houses. Online views of my house were consistently above the average rate for homes in my area. Most important to me was how personable Dawn was. Very easy to get along with making the the whole process go that much smoother. I know this quality was also reciprocated with buyers, buyers agents, etc. which no doubt aided in the sale of my home. Bottom line - pick Dawn as your realtor. She won't disappoint!!

Buyer reviewDawn was available to answer all of our questions. She responded very quickly even during times we didn't expect to get an immediate response. She took time to talk to us between my two rambunctious children's yelling and chaos. If there was anything she wasn't sure of she got us the answers we needed very quickly. She was very good about keeping us informed on the good and bad of the areas we were looking in. She made sure we had an understanding of each step of the process. The home search got discouraging at times and Dawn helped to keep our heads up. We are very thankful for that.

Seller reviewIt was important for me to know that Dawn was familiar with this area of florida as this has been a very difficult property to sell in the last 25 years or soo that we had the property. Instead of selling the property as a whole , Dawn suggested that we sell it in blocks , which she was successful in accomplishing , as this was the last one ,of the 5 blocks that she sold for us. We had this property listed with many different Brokers over the years and Dawn was the one to get the job done! Our many thanks to her.WE would refer her to anybody down there in Fl. in a heartbeat! Dawn was probably the best Broker that I have ever dealt with in trying to get this property sold. Excellent in every way always accessible for any problems or questions that we had.
