I have been a licensed Realtor in Idaho and Washington since 2010, and was previously a licensed General Contractor giving me unique insight into the many facets of Real Estate. I have a bit of a niche that not many Realtors have. Being born and raised in the area also gives me a great deal of knowledge of our surrounding communities. I am married and have 5 girls with 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. Family is very important to me!

Debbie also knows everyone and is extremely knowledgeable about construction as well. We'd had a bad experience in the past with a non-thorough inspection on a house that ended up being a money pit (literally bankrupted us), so she's made sure we had an extremely thorough inspection too ease our minds. She's very accessible and responsive as well. We cannot recommend Debbie highly enough.
