Buyer reviewOur son had purchased a property with Debbie's assistance and recommended her. Debbie suggested an inspector, arranged for his service, and helped us to interpret his report. There were several repairs that needed to be completed. Debbie stayed in touch with the seller's agent, and kept us informed of progress. Debbie initiated many contacts with us, and replied to our contacts promptly. Twice we met with Debbie at the West Ashley office; everyone with whom we had contact was friendly and professional.

Buyer reviewDebbie happens to be the quintessential agent I've never seen anybody stay on top of all the issues like Debbie did the most outstanding thing I enjoyed about her if I called her she picked up in the first two or three rings if she wasn't there to answer the phone she called me back within three minutes who does that anymore you can't feel any more special then that. If more people had agents like Debbie the transaction would go a lot smoother and quicker I was very fortunate to have had her represent me .
