With 16 years of real estate experience and being the spouse of a retired Air Force member ... I get it! I have worked almost exclusively with our military here at Ellsworth Air Force Base as well as other military across the nation. Working at CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, I have achieved the highest recognition with several Centurion awards as well as several other awards throughout my career. I grew up in the Black Hills and I love it here! I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Dakota Association of Realtors, and the Black Hills Association of Realtors. My personal interests include my church, being a grandmother to three wonderful grandsons, being a mother to two awesome children, as well as being blessed with 35 years of marriage to one special man! Seller reviewThere are not adequate words to express how much my wife and I appreciated the work that Debbie put in to selling our house. We had to leave a good bit of furniture and miscelaneous items behind in order to make our move out deadline. Debbie not only told us not to worry about it but she actually marketed and sold the furniture and items!! This was so helpful. Debbie also kept us apprised every step of the way and negotiated a fair deal with the buyer. We actually feel like we became good friends with Debbie in the process. She was always positive, honest and went well above and beyond in helping sell our house! We love her! No one could do better than having Debbie list and market their house for sale. She is soooo good! Thank you Debbie and God bless you!

Seller reviewDebbie Malott, from the very beginning, was accessible and ready to check out the property. She did an excellent job of posting it and communicating with me about potential buyers. She took my phone calls anytime of the day or late in the evening. She kept me informed of what was happening so I felt I was always aware of who was seriously interested and who would be good potential buyers for my land. If I had additional land to sell, I would not hesitate to have Debbie Malott handle the process. She was professional and yet I felt a friend through this whole experience. I trusted Debbie immediately and it proved beneficial in selling my land so quickly and for what I wanted.
