Above and Beyond, No Compromises Realtor! I am a first-time home buyer. Despite my modest budget and lack of experience, I was treated like I was buying a mansion. The communication quality and response time was mind blowing. She never once left me unread, but she also never bothered me with unnecessary messages either. Her knowledge of the market in the local areas was nothing like a website could ever give me. Debbie was always willing to listen to my questions and more than willing to answer them. I wrote a bit about my personal experience below: I first reached out to Debbie on a Sunday with a cold email. She got back to me immediately the same day. I was very clear with the kind of home I wanted to buy, and she understood my needs perfectly. I received an itemized list of homes that matched what I wanted. It honestly took a lot of the browsing headache out of the equation. I narrowed my search down to two homes on my own, and we set up an appointment to see them the same week. When I decided I wanted to put in an offer on a house, I was mostly clueless on the whole process. From the inspection to the paperwork to the negotiations, Debbie thoroughly educated me on everything I asked without judgment or impatience. She organized all the paperwork for me through an online portal. All I really had to do was log-in, review and sign it. Her help was essential as I was busy with work at the time. After inspection, it was discovered the home had a few problems that needed fixing before closing. Debbie personally knew contractors and businesses to take care of the issues. All of them did a great job in a timely manner despite the circumstances. She also provided valuable insight to the pricing offers and requesting closing items. We worked extremely well together, and we were able to secure some funds to get almost all the issues fixed. Even now, after the home purchase and commission awarded, she continues to answer my questions and help me when I need it. I have been having a blast fixing up the house and making it my own. I recently closed on a house after a couple months of searching. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions/concerns about the process and Debbie was there every step of the way to walk me through everything.
