Seller reviewDebbie Kenny was flawless in her communication and quick responses. Debbie went above and beyond to get my home sold quickly and handled all issues, through the closing, effectively. I was extremely busy during the process and Debbie really helped to reign me in when needed. Her patience kept us on the same page and she really has servents heart putting both the buyers and sellers first. I could not recommend her high enough. Debbie brought in the help of another Scheetz colleague to help stage my home. She was great as well. To be fair - I would use Scheetz again as long as Debbie Is still there.

Buyer reviewTo say I highly recommend Debbie Kenny as a realtor is an understatement! During every aspect of the purchase of our house she went above and beyond. Going into the process, I was very nervous and clueless about buying a house but Debbie truly took the time to ease my nerves and answer my questions. Anytime during the purchase when I had a question or became stressed out I knew I could call or text her and I'd immediately feel better. We looked at a lot of houses in order to decide what we wanted and Debbie was extremely patient and never made me feel bad for wanting to look at another house! She would even look at houses for us and send pictures or Facetime us so we didn't have to drive there. Debbie helped us make a smart purchase by always having done her research and providing us with information on the neighborhood and comps. Debbie's communication, attitude and personality make her an amazing realtor! Not only do we LOVE our house but we feel like we've developed a friendship with Debbie. She'll be our first call if/when we want to sell or buy a home. Thank you, Debbie!!

Seller reviewCommunication is the life blood of anything, the worst feeling is not knowing. You will not experience that with Debbie. She will keep you informed every step of the way, and will be proactive with the information; not reactive, which can be frustrating to someone in what can be the biggest thing that an individual can be doing in their life - buying or selling a home. She's personable, confident and knows her craft. She nailed the price point in which to enter my home in the market and it was easy sailing from there. You would be silly not to talk to her before making one of the biggest transactions of your life... and once you do you won't regret working with her.

She was never pushy, and we felt like she was always looking out for our best interest. Debbie was able to give us great information about the local market, and informed us on what we should be looking for from a price perspective. We requested to see a variety of houses and she was readily available to set up appointments. We could not have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers!
