It was seven months after that first meeting before we were actually ready to put our house on the market, and Debra stayed in contact with us the entire time. Debra presented our property so well that within five days we had an offer. Debra Osborne is a remarkable realtor! Her calm demeanor, her wise advice, endless patience, tenacity and encouragement were most valuable in moving us through the process. From the first discussion, Deb was right there with us, and when we decided to delay putting our house on the market for seven months, she did not pressure us but stayed in contact. Debra made practical suggestions, offered realistic alternatives and assisted us with every detail. Because of her, the possible trauma of selling our beloved home was instead a surprisingly pleasant experience.
