Debra was most kind and courteous in all the requests that I had asked of her. I asked to see lots and homes in the price range that was in my price range. She had shown me many listings and was there for all my questions and requests. We went to view several homes and she gave me her undivided attention , supplied directions and other most valuable information as I am new to the area. Debra Osborn had extreme patience with my mother and me when settlement came. Settlement was to be at the home 15 10 Gray Court, but I requested to go to the title insurance co., and Debra made these request possible for me. When the owners came into town from Texas the mobil title ins co came out and the owners signed over the property. My mother never heard of a weekend settlement at the home, so Debra called title ins co and requested if I could sign the settlement papers on August 8th , and my request was arranged by Debra Osborne . This made my mother very happy, she is not use to modern technology and mobile settlements., being that she is 85 yrs old and continues to advise me. Debra was the perfect agent for me and I would recommend her and Century 21 to al my family and friends ! God Bless Debra Osborne. she has made this move for me very nice and pleasurable ! Debra was a great help for me in selling my long term home and purchasing my next home. She was patient as it took a while to find what I wanted/needed. She was also great in helping me to downsize my things. Debra came highly recommended to me, she ended up as my friend along the way. She had excellent knowledge of the market in our area, what to list our home at, and expert advice on preparing our home, staging, and marketing it.
