Seller reviewAfter both of our parents passed away, my siblings and I decided to sell their property. Debra was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me and my siblings informed every step of the way. She advised us on what we needed to do in the interior to make the house more presentable. She even provided some nice bedding for the bedrooms and refused reimbursement! She was available at anytime if we needed to discuss issues concerning the sale of the home. Three of us live out of state, so her willingness to communicate the way she did was very important. It's unfortunate that the housing market was experiencing a downturn, forcing us to lower the asking price twice. Debra was always prepared to give us an honest assessment of our next move to get the house priced to sell. Thanks for your determination and getting it sold!
