Buyer reviewBuying a home is not the easiest or most stress-free endeavor by any means, but working with Debra Osborne of Century 21 Real Estate Champions made it almost fun. She is knowledgeable of the area, of real estate in general, and all the caveats that go along with the purchasing/selling a home process. If you want to laugh while feeling comfortable going through this process, then Debra Osborne is the agent to use!

Seller reviewWe've heard it said that "there's always room for improvement", but in regards to Debra, one would be hard-pressed to find what that would be. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to scout out comparables in the area, is very well respected among her peers, has a very easy going personality, and as mentioned before keeps you up-to-date on what is happening with the sale of your home so that you are never left wondering what the status is...AND the list goes on. We had complete faith and trust in her ability to sell our home in a timely manner. So much trust that we purchased another home within a week of listing the current location because again, we knew Debra Osborne would deliver on her word to sell our home very quickly and at a price that we were extremely satisfied with. When Debra Osborne says she is going to do something for you ...you can rest knowing she will do it! We were blessed to have her as our realtor. We would (and have) recommended her services to family and friends and the feedback from their interaction with her was just as positive.

Seller reviewMrs. Osborne did a wonderful job and would highly recommend her services. The home sold within a week! She was willing to go above and beyond what a realtor would do. I live out of state and she checked on the house made sure everything was good to go. Prior to market she visited and evaluated the home and let us know in a professional way what her thoughts were on the house. What we could do to maximize the price in a fair honest way. She is a blessing.
