He made it very clear to me that he wouldnt show me a property unless i could afford it. This Experience i had with Delia Tapia has opened my eyes and showed me that there is actually people who are willing to help others and not just interested in the financial aspect of there business. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in Porterville. When a house was released in the market that was within my price range, she would notified me and gave me date as well as a time to go see the house. She would inform me about the history of the house. The handling with paperwork went very smoothly and there was no problems. I was amazed with the whole process and did not feel stress. She would always informed me of everything that was going on and kept me in the loop. I am very happy with the whole process. Delia is very nice, understanding, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, trustworthy, helpful, hardworking, professional, always answers right away if one has a question, respectful, and much more. She has been there every step of the way in helping us find an amazing home. I am so happy with how hard she worked to help us find our perfect home. I am so grateful to her in all the hard work she put in and for always answering any questions I had as a first time home buyer. She is a very trustworthy person and is someone that you can always count on. I am very pleased to know that everything that they said about her is true and I know for she that I will let others know of what an amazing person she else. Delia is such an amazing realtor, being a first time home buyer I had many questions she always made sure to answer each and every one of them in a timely manner.
