I was a first time home buyer with limited knowledge. Denise with Century 21 made this experience fun and showed that she cared I found the right home for me. I was very impressed with the quick understanding of what my needs and wants were along with having great communication. I would and already have recommended Century 21 due to my experience with Denise and buying the home for me. I did not come in with a lot of previous knowledge and understanding of the market. Denise took the time to slow down and answer the many questions I had. She had a great understanding of the market and loan process. It was very important to me during this process that I worked with someone who truly cared. Denise showed many times that she cared and wanted to find the right home for me. I remember at the end of walkthroughs where she could tell and gave the honest feedback that a house was not for me. That honest feedback built trust and lead to me finding the right home for me. I appreciate the time and communication from the Century 21 staff members. When I had questions or needed information I was provided with what I needed in a timely fashion. I believed everyone worked hard to guarantee a smooth transition into my new home. My overall experience was amazing. I came in a little nervous with this being my first home. Denise and Century 21 made the experience very enjoyable along with educating me every step of the way. I have already recommended their service to family and friends due to their professionalism.
