Denise McLean has been practicing real estate since 2001. She attended undergraduate classes at LaSalle University. After purchasing her first home, Denise decided to pursue a career in real estate, and took the required courses at Schlicher-Kratz Real Estate School in North Wales, Pennsylvania. After years of developing management and organizational skills, Denise returned to school by attending the University of Phoenix and solidified her career path. She received her bachelor of science in management degree in 2011; and her masters in management degree in 2013. As a Century 21 real estate professional, Denise has a genuine love for people and she strives to make each transaction with all of the associated activities free of stress, easy to understand, and at times, even fun. We had a two real estate transactions, selling our home and purchasing a new home and her recommendations proved to be effective for both buying and selling, which resulted in smooth transactions. Denise was helpful in negotiating a great deal for the purchase of our new home. The sellers tried to place several contingencies when making an offer and Denise was very polite and tactful in letting them know the contingencies were unacceptable. They later accepted our offer. Denise treats you like family. She understands your needs and is available at a moments notice to show listings. She maximizes the time when showing listings and responds quickly to any communication. Dealing with other staff was limited but the broker reached out to us and asked us how things were going. Dealing with two separate transactions was flawless and the entire process was stress free.
