I've been in the real estate business for over 40 years. During those years, I have serviced hundreds of clients in both buying and selling properties and also managed Pav Realtors, a local real estate company my husband, Joseph Pav, founded. We have been servicing the Cicero, Berwyn and all other communities for over 50 years. Recently Pav Realtors has joined forces with Century 21 Circle the number one C21 franchise serving five states with over 2000 agents.

Buyer reviewI will recommend Denise pav to all of my family and friends when it comes to buying a home, when I tell you, it wasn't easy for me. I had issues with my taxes, but that didn't stop Denise pav She made sure I did everything that I supposed to do to put me in my dream home she even went down to the Irs with me to help me resolve my issue I had with them. I couldn't ask for a better broker. I really appreciate her it's took me a year to close on my house because I had issues, but that didn't stop Denise she didn't give up on me even when I was ready to give up.... she was patient her communication was outstanding and answer every phone call now I am living in my dream home. Thanks to Denise pav I really appreciate her words cannot express the way I feel about her I will recommend her to anyone.
