Seller reviewDenise came to my house for a quick assessment, and to let me know what to expect from her. She came back to take pictures while I was at work. I was the only one living in the home, which can be very difficult, but she promptly worked with me to get my house listed. She took the best pictures, and got my house on the market quickly. She got people interested quickly, and had several viewings booked. She got the house sold in less than 1 week. I was shocked, and appreciative. Thank you for helping me !

Buyer reviewDenise is super nice and friendly in a true friend kind of way. I found her a joy to work with. Personally I appreciate this kind of rapport in all spheres, even business. On the business side she was good too: quick, knowledgeable, no nonsense. But her personal skills and no nonsense communication style were my favorite aspects of working with her. We didn't waste words and we got a lot done! And all the while she felt like a good friend/companion to me as I navigated a big process. She knew enough that I didn't have to worry, and when I wanted to adjust the process she understood and followed my lead. So she could take the lead, but also defer to me when i felt strongly and wanted to take the lead.
