Seller reviewHouse sold in 1 day!!! All can be attributed to Dennis' correct pricing, marketin, and readying the property to show well. Dennis came to meet my father a couple months before we put the house on the market. While I have power of attorney for my father it is important for my father to feel included and Dennis was wonderful with my father. He was very patient with him and assured him that the home would be sold. We needed some repairs done and Dennis was able to oversee the repairs while I got my father settled into his new home in WV. We couldn't be more pleased.
