Again, I just can't say enough nice things about Dennis. He was very professional, very persistent in trying to fulfill our needs and expectations as well as our desires regarding finding the residence we purchased and pursuing the negotiations. To be very fair, I really didn't have any dealings with Century 21 otherwise, and while I have nothing negative to say about Century 21, our only dealings were with Dennis, and his work for us was superb. Admittedly, we may not have been the easiest people to work with, because we had some pretty definite ideas about what we wanted, and our schedules were sometime difficult. But Dennis never complained, and was always ready to accommodate us and deal with our idiosyncrasies! Dennis would probably tell you that he really had to spend a lot of time with us and he definitely earned his Commission in dealing with us! But we very much appreciated his services, his professionalism, and his knowledge.
