Dennis had great experience showing houses in Spartanburg and would often share stories of past experience in order to better explain the ins and outs of home buying. He also had knowledge about and an eye for things such as the general condition of water heaters, roofs, etc. and would help point out things you should be looking for when looking at different houses. His expertise was very helpful and brought a lot of clarify and comfort throughout Dennis was professional, kind, approachable, prompt, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and so much more. Often we'd shoot him a text about something and the next thing we knew he was picking up the phone and calling us about it so as to better explain it. He learned who was better to call during the day vs the evening, he would reiterate to one spouse what he had said to the other, he kept us all moving and on the same page. I thought buying a house would be really hard and stressful, but the truth is that Dennis made it seem really easy.
