I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Seller reviewI've known Derek Kirk for many years, and Derek has previously assisted me with the sale of other properties. This particular sale was for land, and Derek put together a marketing plan that included contacting neighbors who owned property that shared a property line with the parcel of land we were sellling. Ultimatley it was one of those neighbors that purchased the land. Derek is in a league of his own, and I would recommend Derek to anybody buying or selling property in the Placer county and surrounding areas.
