Real Estate is a passion for me, I love helping clients along their real estate journey. In my free time I enjoy organic gardening, alpine skying, bowling and painting. I am a member of the Fresno Chaffe Zoo. I also participate in fundraising for the Fresno Women's Club. One of my many joys is also being a North American Pole Value Association sponsor. I have been in the business over nine years with a background in construction. I believe that education is the key when it comes to selling a home as well as purchasing. Seller reviewBest agent I have ever used and I have done a bit of buying and selling, Dianne know this business ,felt really secure with her ability to guide us ,she did an excellent job, and her personal touches both with us and the house were wonderful She had an offer on the first day full price, I believe it was because of how she guided us in getting it ready, and pricing it right' Will use her again for sure. Diann feels like a friend, a trusted friend, makes it so easy to talk to her about any concerns, which I found she took care of before I even finished talking. I loved the way she staged the house just a little and just enough to bring out its best points. We had no worries regarding inspections because she knows all the requirements and had everything in order before it went on the market.
