Seller reviewDolly went above and beyond with this sale as she also helped with the sale of my buyers property on her own time with nothing in it for her except for keeping my deal going. Without the sale of my buyers property my buyer would not have been able to purchase my property. Dolly was excellent.Dolly Hollinger is a great lady and knows her job inside and out, works long hours and you can tell that she loves what she does and puts her whole heart into it.Dolly Hollinger sold this property to my sister and brother in-law and i felt that they would want her to sell it for me as they both are deceased. They always spoke very highly of Dolly and how good she is at her job. Thank you Dolly from the bottom of my heart as i now can have some closure with this chapter in my life.

She was very good at communicating the latest info from the buyer whose lender kept adding extensions to the closing date, very patient with us when we were texting and emailing her as to the status. She was able to manage our out of state sale with professionalism. She referred us to excellent local service providers and kept us informed. As an out of state seller, we were not familiar with local resources. Dolly recommended local businesses that we needed s/a oil suppliers, snow removal, etc. Her advice was solid and she exceeded my expectations. We have sold 2 other properties and she is by far the best realtor we have met.
