I was pleasantly surprised to meet Donchi and find out that she was highly recommended because of her high ethics, superb recommendations of what needed to be done to make sure that once the home was listed it would sell and her genuine concern for what my needs were during the death of my mother while still making the sale of the home possible with all that was happening due to her death. I will definitely consider Donchi if I ever need to sell my home and would recommend her to others. Donchi helped with completing repairs to the home so it would pass inspection and appraisal. She recommended an attorney for the estate, contractors and guided me through each step. I appreciated Donchi sharing the comments of the different viewings and always giving honest progress throughout the selling process, even though she was out of town during the birth of her first grandson she called me. When we received an offer, she was at a family wedding and called me in the evening. I was over the moon with excitement. Her thoughtfulness and kindness in taking away from her personal life activity which was very meaningful to her family ensured me that she was sincerely putting all her effort into making the sale possible for me. The process was quick, exactly what I was told happened and all at a fair price. Donchi was truly amazing and I would most definitely use her again as an agent.
