She is very knowledgeable about the area and housing costs. We were torn between two houses and she even agreed with us that the less expensive one was nicer and she said it had more value. She would have made more on the higher priced house but that wasn't the priority with her. She is very caring and truly enjoys what she does and it shows! I have already recommended her to someone and will continue to do so in the future.
