Donna Manetta of CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty

I meet Donna one day walking into a open house just to take a look around. Little did I know I just meet the women who would change me and my daughter lives forever. I didn't think I was ready to buy just yet but Donna set me strait. She told me about programs and property values and everything that she thought Would be perfect for me. I wasn't spending half a mil but from the level of service Donna gave me one would have thought her commission was based off a 2 million dollar sale. Anyway as time went on things got tough, properties where going multiple ask my loan wasn't the easiest do to student loans, but nonetheless Donna was right there the entire time never left my side. I would literally call her in a beautiful Sunday afternoon in the middle of July when she was with her family and she would always pick up or call me back even if it was just to say " John I got this relax it's ok". This is why I say she is my friend, she never treated me like a client ever. She even gave me some tough love when I needed it. Anyway the perfect property came 1 block from the beach and guess what Donna made it happen. Donna is the type of agent that literally reads the fine print SO YOU DONT HAVE TO. She had caught something with regard to a type of loan I was getting that no one had seen not even the people who should have seen it. It wasn't Donna's job to go read that but she did thank god. Words can not describe the lengths Donna will go to ensure you are well taken care of from beginning to end. As I said before what she did for my daughter and I We will never forget. She made our dream come true LITERALLY!! Thank you Donna Ava and I will never ever forget you. John and Ava.

Our house was a difficult house to sell because of the custom aspects built into it. Donna stuck with the process of showing and re-showing the house to several clients until the right buyer showed up and Donna completed the sale. Donna was most helpful in our sale as she was local and knew about the area. She was polite and easy to work with. I would recommend Donna Manetta because she was professional, and seemed to really care about our feelings of selling our house.

I have been working with Donna for a couple of years. She was recommended to me by another realtor as I needed someone who know the locations I wanted. My situation was tough as I live in AZ and my budget was tight. Donna met with friends of mine from NJ at first and then met with my cousin who lives in Wall on several occasions. I missed a few opportunities because I could not make up my mind but Donna did not give up on me. When I finally came upon the house I wanted Donna worked day and night, referred me to the team I needed to make this happen, attorney, bank, etc. I even came to know her daughter Gabriella who is now a realtor as well. They would send me pictures, videos, etc. Just when I thought I wasn't going to get the home as the owner can accept other offers it happened. Donna and her team worked day and night as there is a 3 hour difference between NJ/AZ. The entire team did up to the bitter end but Donna was always my go to person. If I couldn't reach someone I needed Donna would. I now own my home. I can't thank Donna enough and Gabriella. I feel like I know them yet I have never met them. Sight unseen I was able to get all the details. Now I am trying to get things done on my end in AZ. AZ summers are a bear and no one works estate sales and movers charge premiums. Donna even stepped in and tried to find me a realtor in my home town. I should be leaving soon for NJ - can't wait to live in my home and meet Donna and her family in person. You have a top of the line realtor! On a scale of 1-10 I give Donna 11. Like I said previously - she got an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Never made me feel like a stranger. Very personable.
