Hired a crew to redo floors and painted bedroom. Hung new doors. Donna reevaluated property at 50,000 more than thought. listed it and begun open house procedures. We sold house 25,000 from beginning list. Sale was easily negotiated and I came out smiling, happy and able to feel like we honored my cousin with the sale of his house.

When my mother subsequently died a year later, we used Donna again to sell the condo, with the same results.
