Buyer reviewEd handles his business in a very professional manner. His communication skills are excellent and he utilizes them to educate buyers from his vast experience. He is able to navigate the real estate market by identifying potential problems before they become problems. This process went as well as a home buying transaction could be expected to go. Ed is the kind of person that gives you faith in humanity. I would be happy to recommend his services for others and I already have plans to retain him for my own future real estate transactions.

His knowledge base about how the process should go made our home buying experience so great. I truly felt at times he was buying the house because he never pushed us to buy something he wouldn't buy himself. Again 10 stars for integrity and trustworthiness. In the few short weeks I would say he became a friend.

Seller reviewEd is a man of his word. He's always on time for showings and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Realestate. If he doesn't have an answer to your question right away he does his research and will get right back with you with solid information. I am very happy with Ed and will continue to have him as my agent.

Buyer reviewI met Ed Copley when looking at another property he had listed. He was so informative and really wanted to help me out it seemed. I appreciated the manner in which he gave his advice, and felt as though he always had my best interests at heart. He came with me to everything I wanted to see (which was quite a lot, and all over town) and offered helpful advice on each property. He's incredibly knowledgeable and I trust him. He also was very responsive to all of my communications and he was professional through and through. I will use him again, and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of a realtor. Ed was pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with him again!
