I did not consider other brokers solely on my friends recommendation to hire Eddie as my realtor however I quickly learned that I made the right decision. Eddie made himself available to answer any questions and perform any research needed to ensure I sold my home. He researched and provided me answers to questions and/or concerns timely. I was wanting to buy the first house I purchased (which I did,) but he respectfully recommended that we wait and we keep looking, which I appreciate being that he wasn't trying to shove us into a house. He also made himself available at any time, which gave me a peace of mind knowing he was there if I had any questions or concerns.
