I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I've always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. My goal is to help you and your family have the best experience possible whether renting a temporary home, buying your dream home or selling your current residence.

No question or concern was too small, he patiently answered every item quickly and honestly. His showings were great, he did not waste your time if you (like I did) walked in, looked around and said "this is not the house", Ed would smile and say "OK, let's move on". He has really good taste in colors and helped me see past cosmetic issues to the value of the home long term.
