I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I've always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. My goal is to help you and your family have the best experience possible whether renting a temporary home, buying your dream home or selling your current residence.

Seller reviewEd Hoke made selling our home easy and painless! The decision to sell was made after my family and I had already moved out of town. Ed assessed our house and made reasonable and practical recommendations on what was needed to prepare it for sale. He even met with contractors to supervise repairs and improvements when I was not able to make the long return trip to Jacksonville. Most importantly, his marketing strategy found a buyer and we received a full price offer immediately upon listing. My family and I could not have been more pleased!
